OLUWANIFEMI ADERINTO

Founder & Managing Principal

Oluwanifemi Aderinto is the Founder and Managing Principal of Aderinto Group, a private equity real estate investment and development firm focused on building high-impact, institutional-quality portfolios across multifamily, mixed-use, and alternative asset classes. In his role, he is responsible for shaping the firm’s strategic vision, leading investment decisions, and overseeing all aspects of development, operations, financing, and investor relations.

Born in New York City to Nigerian immigrant parents, Oluwanifemi was raised with a global perspective and a relentless drive to create lasting impact. After moving to Houston, he quickly developed a reputation for resilience, discipline, and entrepreneurial grit. These values shaped his journey through the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where he studied Entrepreneurship and Commercial Real Estate.

Even at an early age, Oluwanifemi recognized the gap between institutional investments and access for everyday people. With Aderinto Group, he set out to close that gap—democratizing real estate investing by bringing high-quality, risk-mitigated opportunities to a broader audience. His passion lies in creating generational wealth, fostering community growth, and building a vertically integrated platform that controls the full lifecycle of real estate: from acquisition and development to operations and disposition.

Under his leadership, Aderinto Group has continued to grow its pipeline of residential and commercial developments across Texas, while also forming key relationships with capital partners, family offices, and operators nationwide.

Oluwanifemi’s mission is clear: to lead a new era of real estate investment that delivers both returns and meaningful impact—locally and globally.
