    Aderinto Group offers both 506b and 506c investment opportunities. Our 506b accepts both Sophisticated and Accredited Investors, while our 506c offerings do require you to be an Accredited Investor.

  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM INVESTMENT AMOUNT?

    Our minimum investment requirements range from $50k- $100k.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS YOUR INVESTMENT OFFERINGS?

    For each investment opportunity, you will receive an email notification from us announcing the offering. In most cases, we will host a webinar to provide you with more information regarding the investment offering.   • WHAT DO RETURNS TYPICALLY LOOK LIKE?

    Each investment is different and is not indicative of future performance. On average, we will model anywhere between a 6-9% cash-on-cash return, and a 15-25% average annualized return to investors.

    At Aderinto Group, we are very conservative in our underwriting and prefer to exceed our investors’ expectations.

  • HOW DO I GET TAX ADVANTAGES

    As an investor with Aderinto Group, your investment secures equity ownership in the property or portfolio. Each year, you’ll receive a K-1 for every investment you’ve made with us, accessible through our secure investor portal.

    With the current bonus depreciation laws, you may be eligible for significant first-year tax benefits. For example, on a $100,000 investment, investors can often receive 50–70% in paper losses in year one. These deductions—passed through via cost segregation and bonus depreciation—can allow high-income earners to offset active or passive income, saving tens of thousands in taxes while still enjoying the long-term cash flow and appreciation of the asset.

  • CAN I INVEST WITH MY SELF-DIRECTED IRA OR OTHER RETIREMENT ACCOUNT?

    Yes! We accept investments in cash, a self-directed IRA, solo 401k, eQRP, as well as select 1031 exchanges.

  • HOW DO DISTRIBUTIONS WORK?

    Distributions will be paid out on a monthly basis. The distribution schedule will be outlined within the investment offering. In most cases, we begin our monthly distributions 3 to 6 months after closing on the property. 

  • HOW DO I KNOW HOW MY INVESTMENT IS PERFORMING?

    Investors will receive monthly reports via email, which will include a comprehensive update on property performance and a link to the full financial package. Additionally, investors will have continuous access to their secure online portal, where they may review detailed investment information and all supporting documentation at their convenience.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT 1031 PROCEEDS?

    Yes. We do accept 1031 proceeds for our offerings. Please reach out to our team at info@aderintogroupinc.com to discuss your 1031 exchange.
